The fastest way to reach Media Rounds is the form below. Whether you are correcting a story, sharing a tip, asking about advertising, or proposing a partnership, your message goes to a real newsroom inbox that we check throughout the day, every day.
What to contact us about
Corrections and clarifications. If you believe something we published is wrong or misleading, tell us. Include the article link, the specific claim you are challenging, and any source we should review. Our Corrections policy explains how verified errors are handled — visibly, promptly, and with a dated note on the article itself. Correction requests are prioritized ahead of general mail because accuracy cannot wait.
News tips. Know about a story our desks should be rounding up? Send what you know. The strongest tips include who, what, when and where, plus how the information can be verified independently — a document, an official record, a second witness. You may ask for confidentiality; we protect sources and will agree terms with you before anything is published. We never pay for tips.
Right of reply. If you or your organization are the subject of coverage and wish to respond, contact us and identify the story. Responses are reviewed by the desk editor, and substantive replies are reflected in coverage in line with our Code of Ethics.
Advertising and partnerships. Tell us about your campaign, audience, flight dates and budget range, and the commercial team will respond with formats and availability. Our Advertise page sets out the principles governing commercial relationships on this site, including our labelling rules.
Syndication, licensing and services. If you want to republish our reporting, commission a feature, or engage our consulting and briefing services, describe the project and its timeline. Our Services page gives an overview of what we offer.
Careers and contributions. We occasionally open desk roles and freelance assignments. Send a short note about your beat, your experience, and links to published work. Please do not send unsolicited full manuscripts; a short pitch is enough.
Technical problems. If something on the site is broken — a page that will not load, a video that will not play, an image missing — tell us what you saw, on what device, and we will investigate.
How we handle messages
Messages submitted through this form create a ticket in our newsroom system and are routed to the right desk. Straightforward questions typically receive a response within two business days. We read everything, but we cannot reply personally to every general comment. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information through this form — we will never ask for them here. Attachments are not accepted through the form; if a document matters to your tip, describe it and we will arrange a secure route.
Other ways to reach us
Media Rounds is published by 24World Media, 1411 N Sterling Ave, Palatine, IL 60067, United States. For general inquiries you may also write to [email protected]. Email and form messages are reviewed by staff; abusive, threatening or spam submissions are discarded without response. If your inquiry concerns privacy or your personal information, mention “Privacy” in your subject line so it reaches the right handler promptly.
We appreciate every reader who takes the time to write. The rounds get better when readers check our work, challenge it, and point us at what we missed.
A note on response times
Our newsroom runs across several time zones within the 24World Media network, and the contact inbox is monitored in rotation throughout the day. Urgent correction reports and right-of-reply messages are pulled from the queue as they arrive. Routine questions, partnership inquiries and reader comments are answered in the order received, normally within two business days. If your matter is genuinely time-critical — for example, a factual error in a story moving on the wires — put “URGENT” at the start of your subject line and identify the story in your first sentence; those messages are escalated to the duty editor.
What not to send
Please do not send unsolicited attachments, executables, or password-protected files; our systems discard them unread for security reasons. Do not send pre-embargo material unless you have agreed an embargo with an editor first. And please do not send the same message repeatedly — duplicates slow the queue for everyone, including you. A single clear message with the relevant link and facts will always be handled faster than five.
Accessibility
If the form on this page is not accessible with your technology, write to us at the email address above and describe the difficulty; we will respond through a channel that works for you and will treat the report as a bug to fix, not a complaint to file away.
