Arrests

Edwin Carmona, 29, of Loring Avenue in Salem, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute drugs, resisting arrest, and an obstructed window at 6:55 p.m. on Sunday.

Isaiah Gagnon, 28, of Adams Street, was arrested and charged with two counts of larceny under $1,200, shoplifting, motor vehicle larceny, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, possessing a burglarious instrument, and common and notorious thief 9:50 p.m. on Sunday.

Yoskar Valdez, 20, of Waldemar Avenue in East Boston, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering a boat and assault and battery on a police officer at 8:15 p.m. on Sunday.

Animal

Resident reported that he lost his Yorkie at 4:24 p.m. Sunday at 12 Dustin St., described as 4 pounds, mostly black and brown with gray hair at the back of the neck. The Yorkie, named Pepper, has no collar or microchip.
