Keith Dionne, of N Common Street, was arrested on warrant charges for operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation at 10:57 a.m. Saturday. 

Omer Esteban Mauricio, 21, of Chestnut Street, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, and drinking alcohol from an open container at 4:56 p.m. Saturday.

Frank Evitts, of Lewis Street, was arrested on warrant charges for operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, use of a motor vehicle without authority, two counts of destruction of property of $1,200+, breaking and entering at nighttime for felony, and larceny of a drug at 9:55 p.m. Saturday.

Eli Ramirez Perez, 21, of Merrill Avenue, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, using an electronic device while operating, and a marked lanes violation at 12:38 a.m. Sunday.

 Anthony Lorite, 33, of Edison Street, Saugus, was arrested and charged with armed burglary and assault at 3:41 a.m. Sunday.

Theft

A report of larceny at 9:26 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported that a group of her sons friends came over to the house and took her son’s playstation and other items from his room. 

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 3:37 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported an Amazon truck driver driving the wrong way down a one way street and was actively arguing with them. The reporting party refused to give information and was highly agitated during the 911 call.
